The literal translation of the title Svara Adhyapana is the teaching of musical notes. With this book, we aim to accomplish the same, but with a simplistic approach. Our main motive behind writing this book was to restore the reader's penchant for Carnatic music while also helping them build a strong understanding of fundamental concepts. The best way to hit these two targets with the same stone was to include interactive worksheets. When students put their learnings to practice on the worksheets, they can identify their pitfalls and get back to the instructor for a detailed explanation.
