Vidyarthi reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. This includes changes to dates, times, speakers, content and the programme.
In the unlikely occurrence that Vidyarthi cancels an event, registered participants will be given a full refund since the event is conducted online.
No refund will be given in case of “No Show” by the participants.
There is no cancellation policy for the participants. If the participants are unable to attend the workshop/event, the relevant materials such as powerpoint presentations, audio and video materials will be shared with them via the registered email ID.
Vidyarthi does not take responsibility for the comments made by the tutor/speaker of the event. The views expressed by them are purely their own and Vidyarthi does not endorse their views.
The copyright of all material rests with the trainer, speaker or the event and Vidyarthi will not be held responsible for any infringements as a result of plagiarism, libel, slander or misuse of material.
Unless explicitly stated to the contrary, materials presented at the events/workshops may not be reproduced, copied, or in any way incorporated into or stored on any website, electronic retrieval system, publication or in any other form.
Vidyarthi reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject participants in circumstances deemed reasonable (for example, impersonation)
Participants may also be ejected from the online meeting on account of exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or causing disturbance to the events/workshops. No refunds will be offered to participants who are refused entry or who are ejected in these circumstances.
Participant details are managed in accordance with Vidyarthi’s data protection and privacy policy. Events managed by Vidyarthi on behalf of a third party or affiliate, are subject to delegate information being shared with the third party organisation.
The workshop session will be recorded for the entire duration for record-keeping purposes.
